The future is coming. I had that moment today. A shiver at what is possible.

Before breakfast I created a landscape design plan for my garden while I had my cup of tea and walked around with my phone.

Early at work I created concept plans for a commercial premises. It was to help a friend to visualise a concept. Style, narrative, integrity. 15 minutes and 5 prompts from brain storming to execution across two AI tools.

Yesterday I drafted a 7 page memo explaining legal concepts of income vs capital and the differences for cash, accounting and tax with links to case law and legislation and how those issues may apply for a testamentary trust with separate income and capital beneficiaries. Exceptional quality across complex concepts in a short time span. Education, experience and professional judgement were required but the output was exceptional. Some great design elements to improve the presentation while applying my style guide.

My thoughts here are picked up in my conceptual graphic. Our path ahead is fundamentally different to the past and we’ll see that play out over time. That timeframe is accelerating.

My image is 100% AI but I would happily buy the stylish shirt I am notionally wearing today. My post is 100% written by me.
