Review your mortgage, business overdraft or credit facilities

We are pleased to offer Finance and Debt Management services in conjunction with our joint venture partner Vertex Finance (WA) Pty Ltd.

Our aim is to ensure your existing debt structure is competitive and appropriate for your business or personal situation.

Do you have multiple debts that you think may be better consolidated?

Vertex proprietor Mike Doyle is based in our Bowman St office, which means as you are getting advice about finance broking, our staff are available to sit in with you during your meeting or simply be on hand if a question arises regarding your finances.

The Debt Review Service is free of charge

We consider there to be 3 possible outcomes from a debt review:

  • We will verify that the interest rate on your existing debt structure is competitive and no changes are appropriate. This will cost you nothing and you will have peace of mind that your bank is charging you a competitive market interest rate.
  • We will recommend and negotiate changes to existing loan facilities with your bank. If this is the course of action a fee will be payable for this service and will be set at the outset of the engagement.
  • We will refinance you to a different bank if this is in your best interests. This will cost you nothing as our remuneration is paid by the bank to which you switch to.

We service all types of finance needs including:

  • Home loans
  • Business loans
  • Overdrafts
  • Equipment loans
  • Debt restructuring
  • Debt repayment plans
  • Debt reviews
